Jeremy Fudge

Mr. Jeremy Fudge is the CEO of BAL, the leading U.S. corporate immigration law firm that focuses on meeting the immigration challenges of corporate clients around the world. He crafts BAL’s vision and leads the charge to constantly pursue the exceptional in its strategies and operations. His previous work experience includes serving as an attorney at Jenkens and Gilchrist and Jackson Walker.

Mr. Fudge graduated magna cum laude with a BA in journalism and political science from Baylor University in 1997 and cum laude with a JD from the University of Texas in 2000. While at Baylor, he was an editor of the Baylor Lariat and a member of Kappa Sigma fraternity and Phi Beta Kappa honor society. Texas CEO Magazine recognized Mr. Fudge as one of just 22 CEOs rated “A+” by their employees, representing the top 5% of employee-rated CEOs of large companies in Texas. Additionally, he was named an Outstanding Director by Dallas Business Journal. He is in the Legal 500 Hall of Fame; is recognized as an eminent practitioner by Chambers and Partners; and is an elected fellow of the American Bar Foundation. He previously has been named as one of the top 20 Most Powerful Corporate Immigration Lawyers in the country by Lawdragon.

Mr. Fudge is married to Kristy Fudge, née Lang, who was honored as a Baylor Alumna by Choice in 2021. Their transformational $15 million gift to Baylor’s Give Light Campaign in 2021 was recognized with the naming of the Fudge Football Development Center and the Fudge Auditorium within the Hurd Welcome Center. Mr. Fudge and his wife have four daughters: Brynna (a Baylor senior), Addy (a Baylor junior), Calley, and Delaynie. They are members of The Heights Baptist Church.
