Charles Williams
Mr. Charles Williams serves as president of Baylor Scott & White DFW – West Region, which includes hospitals in Irving and Grapevine, and as president of Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center – Fort Worth. All Saints Medical Center is a 515- bed hospital affiliated with Texas Christian University’s Burnett School of Medicine in Tarrant County.
A native of Fort Worth, Mr. Williams earned a BS in community health/health studies in 1995 and an MOT in 1997, both from Texas Woman’s University. His continued desire to advance his career in healthcare administration drove him to earn an MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2003. He continues to be a licensed occupational therapist.
His previous work experience includes serving as president of Baylor Scott and White Health – Hillcrest Medical Center, president and CEO of Regional Medical Center of Orangeburg and Calhoun Countries in South Carolina, vice president of Tenet Healthcare, COO of Doctors Hospital at White Rock Lake Tenet Healthcare, vice president of JPS Health Network, director of physical medicine of Methodist Hospital of Mansfield, and director of rehabilitation of LifeCare Hospital.
Mr. Williams currently serves on the boards of the National Juneteenth Museum in Fort Worth and the Fort Worth Chamber. He has served on the boards of the South Carolina Hospital Association, the Mansfield Economic Development Corporation, and Prosper Waco. He and his wife, Demetra Bailey Williams, are members of Bethlehem Baptist Church in Mansfield, and they have two children: Chase and Lauryn.
