Sarah Gahm

Ms. Sarah Gahm’s career at Baylor Scott & White Health (BSWH) spans 34 years. She is President of Clinic Operations of BSWH, which is comprised of more than 4,000 physicians and providers across Texas. She is an experienced healthcare executive skilled in leading physician and accountable care organizations as well as outpatient operations.
Ms. Gahm received a BS in biology from Baylor University in 1984. She earned a master’s in healthcare administration from Trinity University in San Antonio in 1989 and then completed an administrative fellowship at Baptist Medical Center in Birmingham, Alabama.
Ms. Gahm serves on several governing boards, including the Baylor Heart and Vascular Hospital, the Heart Hospital of Plano, and HealthTexas Provider Network. Her accomplishments have been recognized by several professional organizations, including the American Medical Group Association and the Group Practice Integrated Network.
Ms. Gahm is married to Brad Gahm, an attorney. They are active members of Park Cities Baptist Church in Dallas, where Ms. Gahm serves on the Personnel Committee. They have two sons: Trent, a graduate of Vanderbilt University who works in investment banking, and Matthew, a graduate of the University of Virginia who works in management consulting.
